We definitely recommend Moginie James Cyncoed Lettings Team led adeptly by James Thomas. We had a zoom call together initially which was a great insight into how his team works. He took as much time as necessary to understand our own needs as landlords. We opted for the tenant find. It took 3 months to find suitable candidates which was more to do with the market at this time. Zoe and Elli did a great job, and informed us of progress, interest, viewings and offers. They were extremely professional and a pleasure to collaborate with. We will continue to work with MJ Lettings team in the future, as it was a positive experience and we are 100% satisfied with the work they did for us. Thank you.
